An meeting of RIKEN public relations staff was held at our center. Public Relations staff from RIKEN centers including Center for Sustainable Resource Science (CSRS), Center for Integrative Medical Sciences (IMS), Nishina Center for Accelerator-Based Science (RNC), and Bioresource Research Center (BRC) visited our laboratory and experienced our routine tour course for students.
Naomi (Ms. Watanabe) & Aya (Dr. Uchida) were awarded the best poster presentation awards at the 2022 study meeting for young researchers held on July 6th and 7th. This meeting was hosted by Grant-in-Aid for Scientific Research on Innovative Areas, Program of totipotency: From decoding to designing. Dr. Hino visited our laboratory for collaborative experiments with Ogonuki-san. He analyzes chromosomes of spermatocyte-injected oocytes with multicolor FISH, which he originally developed for examination of the oocyte chromosome integrity.
